Athletistic/Basketball. Los Angeles Lakers head coach Darwin Ham answered the question as to why he decided to send reserve star point guard Russell Westbrook.
In the final preseason game with the Sacramento Kings, Westbrook played in the second five. At the same time, the playmaker started all previous games of the offseason in the main team.
“It’s not a demotion, it’s just a shakeup,” Ham was quoted by Bleacher Report as saying.
Earlier, Westbrook himself said he was ready to help the team in any capacity.
