Athletistic/Basketball. Basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal disagreed with Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic winning the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award for the second year in a row.
“I personally would like to see and understand the criteria by which an MVP is chosen. Everyone has different opinions. The most popular and handsome guy will have votes for him. I’m not mad at Jokic , I like his game, but I think Embiid had a slight advantage,” O’Neill said.
Voting for the MVP of the season, Nikola Jokic got 875 points. Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid came in second with 706 points. Milwaukee Bucks power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo finished third with 595 points.
