Ukraine confidently beat the Netherlands in the 2023 Basketball World Cup qualification

Team of Ukraine on the road confidently beat Netherlands in the qualifying match World Cup 2023 — 96:77.

Ainars Bagatskis’ wards were in the lead during the whole match. The teams left for the long break with a margin of 24 points in favor of the Ukrainians.

In the future, the blue-yellows slowed down and calmly brought the match to victory. Only four points Bagatskis’ team did not reach a hundred.

The most productive player in the match was Ilya Sidorov. The defender scored 25 points, 21 of them managed to score before the big break.

In the previous match, the Ukrainians lost to Iceland in overtime. It is the islanders who will become the next opponents of the Bagatskis team on November 14th.

Ukraine is fourth in Group L. Three teams will advance to the next qualifying round for the 2023 World Cup.
