San Antonio and Golden State Set New NBA Attendance Record

The fight, which was held at the old Spurs arena “Alamodome”, was attended by 68,323 spectators

At the match San Antonio Spurs and Golden State Warriors installed a new attendance record in National Basketball Association (NBA).

The fight at the Alamodome arena was attended by 68,323 spectators. The Spurs are in their 50th season in the NBA, and to celebrate, they decided to play the game at their former home court.

Note that the previous record was set 24 years ago in the fight Atlanta Hawks – Chicago Bulls. The Georgia House meeting in 1998 was attended by 62,046 people.

Golden State defeated the hosts (144:113). The Warriors are in sixth place in the Western Conference of the NBA, the Spurs are on the penultimate, 14th line.
