Dnepr won a confident victory over BIPA in Superleague

The team of Vladimir Koval took revenge for the defeat in the fall

Dnieper confidently beat BIPA in a home match Superleague – 80:66.

The first ten-minute period was held in a relatively equal fight, until further advantage of the Dnieper grew. Vladimir Koval’s team eventually dominated in all quarters, except for the last one, when a comfortable advantage had already been achieved.

Forward Stanislav Timofeenko and defender Maxim Zakurdaev scored more than half of Dnipro’s points together. Timofeenko chalked up a double-double, adding 14 rebounds to 25 points.

Dnipro took revenge for the defeat to Odessa in October (64:70). Koval’s team has won 10 Super League victories and is in fourth place. BIPA remains in second position despite two defeats in a row.

In the next match, Dnipro will play with the leader Budivelnyk on January 24. BIPA will meet with Staryi Lutsk on January 27.
