“It was Game 7. Everyone knows how much Kobe means to me. My idol. My favorite player. This was the biggest game of my career so far so I wanted to wear this armband to honor him and share that moment. I think it worked”, explained Tatum. BOSTON IN THE FINALS
On Sunday night, the 29th, the Boston Celtics visited the Miami Heat in a match valid for Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. With the series tied at 3-3, the teams went into the final match looking for victory to advance in the competition. Even playing away from home, the Boston Celtics stood out and got the victory that put them in the grand final after 12 years.
The match started very well for the visitors, who managed to open a big advantage in the first period. With a very bad use in the shots, the Miami Heat was seeing their opponents open more and more the advantage on the scoreboard only in the first minutes of the match.
