Only 36 points separated him from the record, but LeBron James scored 38 and became the all-time leading scorer in NBA history by surpassing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. The mark was reached in the third period of the match against Oklahoma City Thunderat dawn this Wednesday, 8, at Crypto Arena.
LeBron’s record, which now stands at 38,390 points (up from 38,387), caused an uproar on the court and on social media. The NBA franchises, including the main rivals of the Lakers star’s career, demonstrated to congratulate the greatest scorer of all time in the basketball league.
