The Kyiv team took second place in group A
Kyiv Budivelnik defeated Lithuanian Siauliai in the final round of the group stage Northern European Basketball League.
The Ukrainian team won the first half of the meeting with an advantage of 11 points – 42:31. In the third quarter, Šiauliai managed to return to the game and close the gap to four points.
The final segment of the game was left for Budivelnik, who got a comfortable victory with a difference of 15 points – 88:73.
This was Budivelnik’s fifth victory in the group stage of the tournament. The Ukrainian team took second place in Group A and advanced to the playoffs of the Northern European Basketball League. In the 1/4 finals, the people of Kiev will play with BC Wolves from Lithuania.
