The coach of the Argentine National Team delivered a list with 24 names, from which those called for the final double date of the Qualifiers, against Canada and the Dominican Republic, will appear in Mar del Plata.
The coach of the Argentine basketball team, Pablo Prigioni, provided a preliminary list for the parties of playoffs against Canada and Dominican Republic, on Thursday 23 and Sunday 26 of this month, respectively.
Among those summoned by Prigioni were Facundo Campazzo (Red Star of Serbia), Nicholas Laprovittola (Barcelona of Spain) and Gabriel Deck (Real Madrid of Spain) although so far the only confirmed of the three is the former. Both games will be played in the city of Mar del Plata.
For the sixth and final window of Qualifiers for World Cup in the Philippines, Indonesia and Japanthe coach of the Argentine National Team gave 24 names and the large number is due to some players having problems and others not yet having permission to join the National Team.
Argentina amassing a 7-3 record and temporarily occupying the fourth place in Group A of the second phase of the eliminatory. Canada, with 10-0, has already punched its ticket to the World Cup, while Dominican Republic gather 7-3 and it is third.
The Philippines, Indonesia and Japan will oversee the organization of the World Cup, which will be held this year between August 25 and September 10.
