The court sided with Bolomboy, who currently plays for Olympiacos.
Bolombo left CSKA in February 2022 due to political events. The forward terminated the contract unilaterally. “CSKA” did not agree with this interpretation, believing that the basketball player had no reason to break the contract.
But the court found that Bolomboy had rightly left the team location and ordered CSKA to pay all legal costs.
