Forward of the Moscow MBA and the Russian national basketball team Andrei Lopatine underlined the importance of organizing friendly matches with Serbian teams as part of the national team training camp.
The Russian team will play two games in Serbia: with Mega (February 21) and FMP (February 23). On Wednesday, the national team started a training camp in Novogorsk, which will end on February 20, after which the team will fly to Serbia.
– I am very happy to be at training camp, the atmosphere is at work. A lot of guys came to see us after the games, indeed not everyone had time to recover, but the technical staff treated it with understanding. On the contrary, everyone is happy that we have a lot of playing time in the league.
I know all the guys, the most important thing is that we all get along very well. We don’t have such that everyone is divided into teams. In training camp, we feel like one team and we prepare together – that’s the most important thing.
