NBA clubsLos Angeles Clippers signed a contract with an American defender Russell Westbrook according to the club’s press service.
Terms of the deal with the 34-year-old basketball player were not disclosed. Previous media reported that Westbrook would move to the Clippers after completing the Utah Jazz buyout process.
In early February, the basketball player left the Los Angeles Lakers for Utah following a three-way trade involving the Minnesota Timberwolves. The point guard has played in 52 NBA games this season, averaging 15.9 points, 7.5 assists and 6.2 rebounds.
Westbrook is the 2017 regular season MVP and nine-time NBA All-Star.
