— My father was a professional footballer. It’s the first sport I fell in love with in Greece. I always dreamed of becoming the owner of a football club, – Antetokounmpo commented on his decision.
In addition, one of the owners of the club was the Swedish hockey player of the NHL club “Nashville” Philippe Forsberg .
Nashville Soccer Club was founded in 2017. Since 2020, it has been playing in MLS, the top soccer league in the United States and Canada.
