LeBron James is candid about title chances with the Lakers

The Lakers come from a good streak in the NBA, and LeBron James opened the game about the chances of lifting his second trophy with the franchise, which would be the fifth of his career.

The Californian team, which previously swayed to stay in the play-in, now has chances of securing a direct spot in the playoffs, depending on its own performance and that of its neighboring rivals in the Western Conference table.

“We just wanted to put ourselves in a position to fight for the title”highlighted LeBron, shortly after the triumph over the Houston Rocketslast Sunday, 2. “It’s a journey, but of course we don’t have the same chemistry as other teams that are trying to compete. But I like what we’re creating recently.”

The veteran star even completed, with hopeful airs: “The last four games are very important for our team. Not just in terms of wins and losses, but on the chemistry side. We’re going to keep building what we’ve been doing for about a month now. So let’s see what happens.”

Last Sunday, the 2nd, the denver nuggets defeated the Golden State Warriors in the NBA, in a big game for the West. Still in the last round of the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers won against the Houston Rockets by the score of 134 to 109. Anthony Davis shone with an impressive 40 points on the account (LeBron James had a more ‘shy’ performance, with 18 points). On the Texan side, Jalen Green left 24 points on the court.
