The visiting team from St. Petersburg won with a score of 99:80 (23:23, 28:19, 24:21, 24:17).
Tom Ertel scored a double-double with 20 points and 11 assists for Zenit. MBA has 17 points in the assets of Evgeny Voronov.
Zenit won the best of three series 3–1. In the semi-finals, representatives of St. Petersburg will play with UNICS Kazan.
