Under the last contract with the club, the basketball player was supposed to earn $1.25 million in net profit per season. Later, Khimki encountered financial problems. In mid-June last year, the player received a salary for a month. The total amount of debt was 712,000.
According to the BAT ruling, Khimki must also pay $13,000 in legal fees.
Last June, Booker left the Russian club and signed with Fenerbahce.
