Offensive Lokomotiv Kuban Andrey Martyuk has been recognized as the VTB United League’s Best Regular Season Young Player of the 2022/23 season, the league’s press service reports.
In the regular season that ended, the 22-year-old forward played 31 games for Loko and averaged 10.7 points per 20 minutes on the field (52.5% from the field, 65, 6% on free throws) and had 4.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists.
Martyuk won the award for the second time in a row.
