Warriors beat Kings and breathe in the series

In the first duel at home, the Golden State Warriors relied on Curry’s brilliance to beat the Sacramento Kings and reduce the opponent’s disadvantage in the series

at home, the Golden State Warriors surpassed the Sacramento Kings by 114 to 97 on the night of this Thursday, the 20th, and reduced the rivals’ advantage to 2 to 1 in the first phase of the NBA playoffs. With the result, the California team managed to recover after two consecutive defeats in Sacramento and now aims to tie the series.

The highlight of the Warriors victory was Stephen Curry, with 36 points, six rebounds and three assists in 37 minutes on the court. The franchise’s second-highest scorer was Andrew Wigginswith 20 points, seven rebounds and another three assists. Jordan Poole ended the game with 16 points.

On the Kings side, the scorer of the game was De’Aaron Foxwith 36 points, nine rebounds and nine assists. Domantas Sabonis recorded a double-double of 15 points and 16 rebounds. Harrison Barnes collaborated with 17 points.

With a breather in the series, the Golden State Warriors will try to tie the match next Sunday, April 23, at 4:30 pm (Brasília time), again in San Francisco, for the Western Conference playoffs.
