Center CSKA Nikola Milutinov recognized as the VTB United League’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the end of the 2022/23 season, the tournament press service reports.
During the regular season that ended, the Serbian center became the best in the league in terms of rebounding (9.1) and efficiency (28.4), and also entered the top 10 in scorers (16.1 points). Milutinov showed record average efficiency for the season in United League history.
Milutinov also had 13 double-doubles in 28 games. In three seasons, the center has 31 double-doubles, which is a league record.
On Tuesday, Milutinov was included in CSKA’s squad for the fifth match of the VTB United League semi-final series against Lokomotiv-Kuban. The score in the series up to four wins is equal – 2-2.
