The Presnensky District Court chose a restraint measure for a third of those who attacked the basketball player CSKA Alexei Shved according to the press service of the Moscow prosecutor’s office.
The minor defendant, like the other two defendants in the criminal case, was placed in police custody until July 2, 2023. It should be noted that the investigation of the case is under control at the public prosecutor’s office in the capital.
On May 3, the Interior Ministry announced the arrest of three suspects in the Shved attack. According to them, the fight happened because of the athlete’s wife. A criminal case has been opened, the attackers risk up to 12 years in prison.
