Luka Doncic named to All-NBA First Team, James to third

The National Basketball Association has released the rosters of three iconic teams following regular season results for the 2022/23 season, the league’s press office reports.

The all-star team consisted of defenseman Shay Gilges-Alexander (Oklahoma), defenseman Luka Doncic (Dallas), forward Jason Tatum (Boston), forward Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee) and center Joel Embiid (Philadelphia).

Golden State point guard Stephen Curry and Denver leader Nikola Jokic were in the second team, LeBron James (Lakers) in the third. LeBron James was named to the All-Star team for the 19th time in his career.

The second team of the season also included: Jaylen Brown (Boston), Jimmy Butler (Miami) and Donovan Mitchell (Cleveland).

In the third five, in addition to James, were: De’Aaron Fox, Domantas Sabonis (both from Sacramento), Damian Lillard (Portland) and Julius Randle (New York).
