Los Angeles Lakers leader LeBron James is once again among the best players in the league.

The NBA named the names of the players who entered the symbolic five at the end of the 2022/2023 season. Note that for the first time in history, two players were selected for the first team at the same time, whose teams did not make the playoffs. They are Shay Gilges-Alexander from Oklahoma and Luka Doncic from Dallas.

We also note that for the second time in history, all of the top five players averaged 30+ points per game on the season. Earlier it happened in the away season 1961/62.

In addition, LeBron James is among the symbolic teams for the 19th time in his career.
