basketball club “Paris Nizhny Novgorod” signed a new contract with Russian striker Alexander Gankevich, reports the club’s press service.
The deal with the 27-year-old is for two years, until the end of the 2024/2025 season.
Gankevich has been playing for Paris Nizhny Novgorod since the 2019/20 season. In March 2023, as part of Pari NN, Gankevich won the Russian Cup.
Another VTB United League club, MBA Moscow, has extended the contract with center Sergey Klyuev. He averaged 4.5 points, 2.9 rebounds and 0.6 assists per season. Striker Alexander Gudumak has decided to leave Enisey after five seasons with the team. Gudumak is a two-time VTB United League champion (2013, 2014) with CSKA.
