But in general, if we evaluate the season, then, of course, this is a great achievement for Lokomotiv – to beat the army team, to take second place. The last time Loko played in the United League final was 10 years ago. If you look objectively then, of course, this is a great achievement.
– The next step will be the conquest of the Belov Cup?
– Certainly. Next year we will fight for the championship. The bar is set high. We showed that we could fight. And we, the young people, will now grow, we will add more during the summer. There is room to grow and room to struggle.
Are you already thinking about the holidays?
– I received a call to the Russian national team. Now we will close the season, catch our breath and prepare for the national team. Our collection will start at the end of May and will last for two weeks,” Shcherbenev told .
