The 28-year-old basketball player, who played last season for CSKA and is now a free agent, turned down a two-year, €2.8m offer. According to the source, in Russia Milutinov earned 2.5 million in one season, so he was not ready for such a significant drop in wages.
The basketball player spent five seasons with Olympiacos before joining CSKA as a free agent in 2020.
Milutinov was named the VTB United League’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the end of the 2022/23 season.
