Athletistic/Basketball. Russia’s tallest basketball player (222 centimeters) Nikolai Rogozhkin died on May 5 at the age of 29. This was reported by the press service of the Dirty Boys 3×3 basketball club, for which he played.
Earlier, “SE” reported that Rogozhkin died of meningitis. The basketball player fell ill during one of the matches.
Doctors diagnosed the disease, but it was too late to do anything. Nikolai was put into an artificial coma, but died three days later.
Rogozhkin started his professional career in the 2014/2015 season with the Khimki farm team.
