Ukrainians won all four matches and took first place in group A
Women’s national basketball team of Ukraine 3×3 won a ticket to European Championship 2023.
In the first match of the second game day of the qualifying tournament in Constanta, Romania, the blue-yellows beat their main competitor, the Spanish national team, in a tough fight – 16:15. The best among the Ukrainians was Kristina Filevich, who scored six points.
In the final meeting, Ukraine confidently beat the Swiss national team – 21:12. Miriam Uro-Niele was the top scorer in the bout with 10 points.
The Ukrainian women’s team passed the qualifying tournament undefeated. Recall that on the first game day, Ukrainians beat Denmark and Serbia. Ukraine took first place in Group A and directly qualified for Euro 2023, which will be held in Jerusalem from 5 to 7 September.
