The defendants in the case of the beating of CSKA basketball player Alexei Shved – Knyaz and Ramzin Amirslanov, as well as Gleb Pisarev – received a change of preventive measure and were released on bail pending a court decision, reports SE. Yusuf Mirashurov, the fourth defendant, remains in custody.
Prince Amirslanov, 21, his brother Ramzin, 17, and Gleb Pisarev, 19, were arrested for two months on May 5. Yusuf Mirashurov joined them the next day. According to the court’s decision, they were to remain in the Moscow detention center until the beginning of July. However, recently the Amirslanov brothers were noticed on the streets of the capital, and according to the SHOT telegram channel, the youngest of the brothers flew to Baku.
Recall that on the night of May 2, Shved was beaten in a restaurant on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street in Moscow and was taken to the surgical department with a head injury.
According to investigators, Ramzin hooked Shved, and Yusuf delivered two blows to the head of the basketball player, seeing that the younger brother was in conflict with him.
Artyom Lopatin, friend of Shved and chef of the restaurant, became the second victim of the case. He defended his comrade, seeing the fight, and according to him, he received blows from Gleb Pisarev and Prince Amirslanov.
