Captain Russian basketball team Timofey Gerasimov move from “Yenisei” in St. Petersburg “Zenith” according to the press service of the Saint Petersburg club.
The deal with the 26-year-old playmaker is signed for two years.
In the last season of the VTB United League, Gerasimov played for Enisey Krasnoyarsk, who did not qualify for the playoffs, and became a member of the League All-Star Game. Also in his career, the basketball player played for Nizhny Novgorod and Lokomotiv Kuban. In February 2022, Gerasimov made his debut for the Russian national team and during the national team’s last training camp he played both friendlies as captain.
