Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor is suspected of rape after Game 4 of the NBA playoff finals between Miami and Denver, according to TMZ.
According to attorney Ariel Mitchell, the incident took place on June 9 just after the end of a game that ended in a 108-95 victory for the Nuggets. Mitchell alleges Heat security forced the woman into the restroom, which was already occupied by McGregor and his bodyguard.
The security guards refused to let her out and did not allow other people to go to her. According to the attorney, McGregor left the cabin and “put his tongue in the victim’s mouth and kissed her aggressively.” He would then have imposed oral sex on her and attempted to rape her. The girl struggled, beat him with her elbow and managed to escape.
Representatives for McGregor said “the allegations are false.”
In the same match, the Irish fighter hit the mascot “Heath”, who was hospitalized.
