Boston Celtics star in the NBA, Jayson Tatum paid tribute to Marcus Smart, now a former teammate of the franchise; wing guard will defend the Memphis Grizzlies
Jayson Tatumof Boston Celticssent a message to Marcus Smart, which is leaving the Massachusetts franchise. The wing-guard heads towards the Memphis Grizzlies after an exchange involving three different teams. Thus, the 25-year-old star wrote words of affection for his former teammate on his social networks.
“My friend, forever grateful for you and how you pushed and helped me through this journey. Never change, stay you, unique can never be replaced! My brother for life. We’ll hook back up one day and get one of our own, no doubt! Until then, lots of love, Brodie!”wrote Tatum in the story function of Instagram.
In 2022, Tatum and Smart played in the NBA Finals, but lost the big series to Golden State Warriors in Stephen Curry and co. In this year, the Boston Celtics reached the decision of the Eastern Conference, however, ended up eliminated for the miami heat. The pair were united in six seasons for the team.
