Oleg Bartunov left the position of head coach of Runa after three seasons, reports the press service of the basketball team.
In May, Uralmash Yekaterinburg and Runa Moscow were accepted into the VTB United League with a one-year trial period. Both teams will play for the first time in the league.
— We are extremely grateful to Oleg for his work in our club. A lot has worked and a lot hasn’t, but I believe that together we have achieved very positive and high results. I want to wish him good luck and believe that there will always be an opportunity to work together, – the team’s press service quotes the general director of Runa, Sergei Yukhnevich.
In May, at the Russian Championship – Superleague in the final, Uralmash defeated Runa and won gold medals.
