“Astana” announced the composition of the coaching staff for the next season of the VTB United League, reports the press service of the club from Kazakhstan.
Oleg Kiselev will remain the head coach, Gleb Plotnikov will continue to help him.
The only change is that from now on Dmitry Bazarevich will work in place of Mikhail Lonshakov. The entire headquarters of “Astana” is again staffed by Russian specialists.
Dmitry is the son of former Russian national team coach Sergei Bazarevich. The specialist spent last season in Samara, before that he worked in the youth teams of Zenit and CSKA, as well as in the national team.
According to last season’s results, Astana failed to qualify for the VTB United League playoffs. The new season begins on September 30.
