Ukrainians retain chances for promotion to Division A
Ukrainian national U-20 basketball team lost to the team North Macedonia in 1/2 finals European championship V Division B.
In the second quarter, the blue-and-yellows were behind 8:22, but managed to slightly reduce the gap in the score before the big break – 25:33.
In the third and fourth quarters, North Macedonia managed to hold back the blue-yellows and get a comfortable victory – 66:53.
Ukraine retains chances of reaching Division A. To do this, the blue-yellows need to win the match for third place. The opponent of the Ukrainians will be the losing team in the semifinal duel Czech Republic – Sweden.
