The province of Santiago del Estero receives the Olympic Pre-qualifier. In this tournament, five countries are looking for a ticket for the 2024 tournament, with the dream of playing in the Paris Games. DeAndre Ayton and Eric Gordon of the Phoenix Suns and “Buddy” Hield from the Indiana Pacers was the main pillar of their team’s victory against the Argentine National Team, through group A of the tournament, by 101 to 89. But not everything was basketball for them, because a day of their rest, they wandered the streets of the capital of Santiago. In Plaza Libertad, located in the center of the city, the show that went viral on social networks took place. Some of the campus members joined a group of people dancing the chacarera. yelled at “come back, come back” or “dance with your feet” (dance with your feet, during the stomp), this wonderful scene is experienced.

The continuation of the Olympic Pre-qualifier

The tournament already knows its four qualifiers for the semifinals of the tournament. The Bahamas, the unbeaten leaders of pool A, will face Uruguay, who finished second in pool B with a 1-2 record. The Argentine National Team (1-1) will play against Chile (3-0). Both duels will be held at the Ciudad de Santiago del Estero Stadium, where Quimsa plays at home in the National League.
