Australia and Montenegro closed the second period with victory

Both teams played what was their last match in the competition. Australia face Georgia in Pool K in Okinawa, Japan. While Montenegro competed against Greece for Group J in Manila, Philippines.

Australia 100 – Georgia 84

Greece 69 – Montenegro 73

Exactly the same thing is happening in Montenegro as in Australia, they finished third in their group and now it remains to be seen how the other matches of the competition end to mark their positions.

The team was once again led by the success of Nikola Vucevic who posted 19 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals to win the role of the game’s most valuable player. The one who contributed a lot to his team besides Vuce was Bojan Dubljevic with 4 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists and 1 steal.

For Bosko Radovic’s team, neither Kendrick Perry nor Aleksa Ilic played.
