With a victory over Spain, Canada confirmed its qualification to the quarterfinals of the World Cup and stamped its place in Paris 2024; Brazil will compete in the pre-Olympics

O Brazil will compete in the basketball pre-Olympics for Paris 2024. With the victory of Canada regarding the Spainby 88 to 85, the Brazilian team did not get the second Olympic spot in the Americas via the Basketball World Cup.
