Daniil Markiv played for the Ukraine U-21 team in 3×3 basketball this summer
Old Lutsk extended contracts with the defender Daniil Markiv and forward Evgeny Korovyakov.
Markiv, 20, averaged 4.3 points, 0.8 rebounds, 0.3 assists in 12 minutes on the court last season. This summer, the defender played for the Ukrainian U-21 national team in 3×3 basketball.
Korovyakov played 30 matches for the Lutsk club last season. The 35-year-old forward averaged 28 minutes on the court, averaging 11.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.3 assists.
Earlier, Stary Lutsk announced the signing of big man Stacy Thomas. Also next season, Vladimir Kotsko, Grigory Altukhov and Kirill Panfilov will play for Vladimir Zhurzhiy’s team.
Old Lutsk took eighth place in the Super League 2022/23, winning 6 out of 32 matches. Budivelnik became the champion of Ukraine.
