After a hard-fought match with plenty of physical friction and deservedly in the final stage, Canada defeated Slovenia 100 to 89. The match; played in Manila, had a great intensity, ending with two players sent off (Brooks and Doncic), in a clear example of what is at stake in this rivalry. The men led by Jordi Fernandez took advantage of their speed to punish from the counterattack, where they made significant differences. When the game started to turn on him, he slowed down, taking advantage of the difference gained.
