In the second period, Germany gradually leveled the situation, and the teams went into the long break with the score tied.

The third quarter, specifically the second half, was decisive. A powerful spurt allowed Herbert’s team to lead by 12 points. The Balkans tried to return to the game. At the finish line, they managed to reduce the gap to -3 and even -2, but nothing more. The result is a triumph for Bundestim with a score of 83:77.

The leader of the German team, Dennis Schröder, shone on the court with 28 points. Franz Wagner (19 + 7 rebounds) and Johannes Voigtmann (12 + 8) also made a significant contribution to the overall success.
