Evgeniy became the most effective player in the Major League last season
Polytechnic-Galicia signed a center Evgenia Brechko.
31-year-old Brechko is a graduate of Kharkov basketball, the player’s height is 205 cm. Previously, Evgeniy played for Ternopil-TNEU, SUMGU, Mariupol, Invasport-SDYUSHOR-5.
As part of Invasport last season, Brechko played 26 matches, where he averaged 17.7 points and made 7 rebounds. Evgeniy became the best player in the Major League in terms of efficiency rating (+20.2).
Earlier, Polytechnic-Galicia signed defender Maxim Safonov. Last season, the player became the champion of Ukraine as part of Budivelnik, and in the summer he played for the Ukrainian U-20 national team at the European Championship in Division B.
Polytechnic-Galicia took fifth place in the 2022/23 Super League, achieving 15 wins in 32 matches. The start of the new season in the Super League is scheduled for October 3.
