Lokomotiv-Kuban won CSKA during the quarter-final match of the VTB United League Super Cup.
The Krasnodar team defeated the opponent from Moscow in overtime – 100:98 (18:24, 23:21, 32:25, 13:16, 14:12).
The most productive player of the match was CSKA’s Casper Ware, who scored 44 points. Lokomotiv has 22 points from Vladislav Yemchenko.
Earlier, Turkey’s Fenerbahce defeated MBA Moscow with a score of 94:79 in the quarterfinals of the VTB United League Super Cup.
The tournament is held for the third time and is named after the Honored Coach of the USSR Alexander Gomelsky. The current winner of the competition is Zenit.
The United League Super Cup takes place in Moscow, at the VTB Arena, from September 21 to 24.
