According to the telegram channel “Mutko against”, on September 15, Antsiferov and his team arrived in Moscow for the VTB League Super Cup, where they settled at the Gopark hotel in Khimki. After some time, a “security officer of the Central Bank of Russia” called him on the phone and said that a loan had been opened in his name. He informed the coach that in order to save the funds, he would need to take out a loan on himself and put all the money into a “reserve” account.
Later, Antsiferov began to receive calls from “FSB employees”, who gave him instructions to go to the VTB bank branch in Khimki and ask for a loan of 800 thousand. It is exactly what Antsiferov did. After receiving the money, the trainer transferred the money to the fraudsters in five different transactions via an ATM.
Vladimir Antsiferov is assistant to the head coach of the Lokomotiv-Kuban reserve team Bogdan Bogdanov. The day before, September 21, Krasnodar basketball players defeated CSKA Moscow with a score of 100:98 in the quarterfinals of the VTB United League Super Cup.
