Basketball players CSKA conquered MBA as part of the semi-final match for places 5-8 of the VTB United League Super Cup.
The match ended in overtime with a score of 105:98 (23:25, 22:28, 21:10, 28:31, 11:4). The most productive players were CSKA’s Casper Ware and MBA’s Alexander Khomenko, both contributing 21 points to their team’s credit.
The Army team will now have to wait for their opponent in the match for 5th place in the tournament, which will be determined in the UNICS match against Besiktas. MBA will play 7th place with the loser of this pair.
