Kazansky UNICS conquered Krasnodar “Lokomotiv-Kuban” during the opening match of the new season of the VTB United League.
The match took place in Kazan and ended with a score of 91:73 (21:11, 21:14, 28:26, 21:22) in favor of the hosts. The most productive player among the winners was Nenad Dimitrijevic, who scored 22 points. Okaro White (18) scored for Krasnodar.
In the next match, UNICS will play away against Paris Nizhny Novgorod on October 5, the same day Lokomotiv-Kuban will host Parma Perm.
