The Odessa team played its first official match in the new season
BIPA-Team of Odessa region confidently beat Krivbass in the Kyiv bubble match Super League 2023/24 — 67:44.
The Odessa team took advantage from the first minutes and maintained it throughout the match. Vadim Pudzyrey’s team won three quarters, only allowing the opponents to play with an equal score in the last.
The best player of the meeting was guard Alexander Shashkov, who scored 21 points, and also made one rebound and two assists. Dmitry Malinovsky, Evgeniy Tkachenko and Alexander Ryabchuk also scored ten or more points in the match. Nikita Bibikov scored 12 points for the Krivoy Rog team.
BIPA won its first victory in the new season. In the next match, Odessa will play against Dnepr on October 5.
Krivbass suffered a second defeat, earlier the Krivoy Rog team lost to Zaporozhye. Sergei Korablev’s team completed their performances in the first Kiev bubble.
