Iguodala, four-time NBA champion, ends his professional career

American basketball player Andre Iguodala has decided to end his professional career after 19 seasons in the NBA. The New York Times .

Iguodala, 39, reportedly runs the venture capital fund he created with business partner Rudy Cline-Thomas. The capitalization of the fund is approximately $200 million.

Philadelphia selected the basketball player ninth overall in the 2004 draft and he spent 19 seasons in the league. Iguodala won four NBA championships with the Golden State Warriors and was named NBA Finals Most Valuable Player in 2015.

Additionally, Iguodala has played for Denver, Memphis and Miami.
