The National Basketball League decided to end its experiments with a star-studded weekend.
This season, fans will once again see the confrontation between the West and the East. The NBA announced on its official website the return of the classic NBA All-Star Game format.
In addition to the return of the Eastern-Western Conference showdown, the traditional scoring system with four 12-minute quarters will also return.
The voting process to determine the composition of the teams will remain the same: 12 players will be selected from each conference. The player with the most votes in his conference becomes the captain.

The 2024 All-Star Game will take place on February 18 in Indianapolis at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Pacers. Indianapolis will host the all-star weekend for the first time since 1985.
