Captain Ukrainian women’s team in basketball Alina Yagupova risks missing matches with Serbia and Portugal in qualifying EuroBasket 2025.

The Ukrainian suffered an ankle injury in the Mersin vs Antalya match in the Turkish Championship. Preliminarily, Alina will miss about 10 days. The exact recovery time will be known after the examination on Monday.

Yagupova scored 13.3 points, 5.2 assists and 4.8 rebounds this season in the Turkish championship. In five Euroleague matches, the Ukrainian averages 19.0 points, 5.2 assists and 4.8 rebounds.
