Ukrainian national basketball team won North Macedonia (73:68) in the match qualifiers for the 2023 World Cup.

The key in the match was the first quarter, which the Ukrainians won with a score of 35:21. The second, third and fourth 10-minutes were in a serious struggle, but the blue-yellows managed to maintain their advantage.

The most productive player in the Ukrainian team was Svyatoslav Mikhailyuk. He has 23 points.

This is the third victory of the Ukrainian national team in qualifying group G. The team of Ainars Bagatskis is third in the quartet with eight points.

On July 7, Ukraine will play a match against Spain. It should be noted that Bagatskis’ wards advanced ahead of schedule to the second round of qualification, the matches of which will be held in August.
